Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes

These scrumptious pancakes are made with a few simple ingredients. They are so good they taste just like a chocolate-covered banana. You would never know they are healthy and easy to make too.

Ingredients

  • 2 Bananas
  • 2/3 cup Non-dairy milk
  • 1 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup Not pancake syrup
  • 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2/3 cup Oat Flour
  • Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  • In a blender blend, all the ingredients except the chocolate chips until everything is nice and smooth.
  • Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray and warm-up over medium-low heat.
  • Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and sprinkle the chocolate chips. Cook one side for about 5-6 minutes then flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes.
  • Top with banana slices or chocolate chips and enjoy them.
