Banana Chocolate Chip Pancakes
These scrumptious pancakes are made with a few simple ingredients. They are so good they taste just like a chocolate-covered banana. You would never know they are healthy and easy to make too.

- 2 Bananas
- 2/3 cup Non-dairy milk
- 1 tbsp Pure Maple Syrup Not pancake syrup
- 1 tsp Apple Cider Vinegar
- 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
- 1 tsp Baking Soda
- 2/3 cup Oat Flour
- Dark Chocolate Chips
In a blender blend, all the ingredients except the chocolate chips until everything is nice and smooth.
Spray a skillet with non-stick cooking spray and warm-up over medium-low heat.
Pour about 1/4 cup of batter onto the skillet and sprinkle the chocolate chips. Cook one side for about 5-6 minutes then flip and cook the other side for 2-3 minutes.
Top with banana slices or chocolate chips and enjoy them.
