Ingredients

  • 1 Cup Whole Milk
  • 1 Egg
  • 2/3 Cup Light Brown Sugar
  • Tsp Vanilla Bean Paste
  • 3/4 Cup Heavy Cream

Instructions

  • In a small saucepan on medium-low heat add the milk, egg, brown sugar, and vanilla bean paste. Mix together until combined.
  • Stirring constantly until it reaches a temperature of 175°(F).
  • Once it reaches the right temperature remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the heavy cream.
  • Pour the mixture into a heat-proof bowl.
  • Cover with plastic wrap and place in the freezer for two hours.
  • After two hours, pour the mixture into your ice cream maker.
  • Follow your ice cream machines manufacture instructions.
  • After the ice cream has churned your ice cream is ready.
